The F45 Training story begins across the world in Australia but doesn’t end there. Now, F45 Training facilities are popping up in Kentucky thanks to a team of three female entrepreneurs who wanted to bring the newest approach to fitness training to their current home state. Now, there are three different F45 Training facilities in Kentucky — two in Louisville (the F45 St. Matthews and F45 Middletown) and one in Crestwood, Kentucky.
F45 Training facilities are all-inclusive gyms that are built to allow every member a thorough workout that targets every part of the body. The F45 Training method combines high intensity interval training (HIIT), functional training, and circuit training, and each class incorporates different movements members perform day to day. From squatting to jumping and pushing to lifting, participants use their arms, legs, glutes, shoulders, and cores to get through each workout class.
The combination of fast-paced exercising with cardiovascular endurance and strength training gives members the opportunity to burn fat and build muscle. When members embrace the group fitness mentality and allow fellow members to keep up the pace and push each other to the limit, rapid results can occur in a safe and supportive environment.
