The 8 Week challenge from F45 Training is a unique program exclusively available to F45 St. Matthews members. The program is designed to challenge members, so they burn body fat and build lean musculature at the same time.
Tracking progress can be extremely beneficial to a person’s mentality during the 8 Week F45 Challenge. For this reason, F45 St. Matthews has a portal where users can track their progress through their workouts as well as their weight loss journey and personal goals. The visual of the progress chart helps motivate people to push even further and the point system that is also integrated works as another motivator.
Nutrition is as important as exercise for anyone on a fitness journey. The F45 St. Matthews 8 Week Challenge includes a three-phase nutritional program. The program is designed by a panel of certified nutritionists and includes meal plans, recipes, and grocery shopping lists.
